Prices include all lodging, activities, fuel, and other associated costs once you arrive onsite. Costs do not include a boat to access the property or food during your stay. Costs to rent out the point are based on overall site use, as a result groups are recommended for most efficiency and savings. Each group that comes to Jocasee Point will have an opportunity to work with staff in determining activities and schedule to craft their one-of-a-kind experience.
